Psalm 100 is known as a thanksgiving psalm. Verse 5 is a doxology of praise to God because of all His blessings! The Family of St. John's is truly blessed by God. Surveying the 110 years of our existence as a congregation, His goodness is evident throughout. His love is prevalent in Word and Sacrament. His faithfulness to His promises in Christ, have endured through each generation. His love and grace have motivated our mission and ministry.

God is good, loving, and faithful-and His promises will stand firm forever. Joy and gladness, thanksgiving and praise flow naturally from hearts and lips that know the Lord's goodness. We can sing with joy in worship and serve with gladness in our hearts because God has made us and in Christ Jesus redeemed us to be His own.
